The Story Behind This Drop
We love this wine for the way it channels its hillside roots, dark cherry, cracked pepper, and a whisper of Mediterranean breeze. Each sip tells the story of Judean Hills's ancient terroir, where volcanic soils meet generations of winemaking wisdom.
From the southern Judean Hills at 890 meters elevation, this flagship wine captures the unique terroir where Mediterranean and desert climates meet. Hand-harvested from estate vineyards in Susya, established by a third-generation farming family.
Producer Heritage

Fourth-generation vintner Yael Ben-Ami continues her family's legacy on the volcanic basalt slopes above the Sea of Galilee. Her 40-year-old vines, planted by her grandfather, produce fruit of exceptional concentration and character.
βEach vintage is fermented in open-top concrete tanks, then rested in seasoned French oak, letting the terroir speak without excess wood. The result is a wine that feels both ancient and vividly alive.β
